  Absolutely Terrible Delivery Service Absolutely horrible experience with DHL. My package was marked as “Delivered” on August 22, but I never received it. I checked my property, checked with my neighbors, and waited, but the package was nowhere to be found.The worst part is the complete lack of customer service. I tried contacting DHL multiple times, but I couldn’t get anyone to properly help me or even open an investigation. If something goes wrong with your delivery, do not expect DHL to contact you, follow up with you, or actually help you resolve the issue.What is the point of tracking a package if it can simply be marked “Delivered” when the customer never received it, and then the customer is left to chase DHL for answers?Extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend trusting DHL with your packages.

  Kubilay and Omer were really helpful. I had a package that arrived in this facility on 8/21/2026 but was scheduled for delivery on Monday 8/24/2026. The package had clothing made for my best friend and I for a friend 50th birthday party on 8/22/2026. They helped me get the package at the facility as soon as I got there on 8/21/2021. Thank you kubilay and Omer! Excellent Customer service 👏 👌

  The 5 stars are for the guy that helped me out, not the company/service. Michael (Mike) Cianci helped me out even after hours with a package that DHL themselves werent able to track accurately. Very responsible behavior & i highly appreciate his actions. Thankyou Mike
