Where I live, there is an Amazon locker in front of the entrance, but the driver chose to return the package instead of dropping it off and wrote on the package, 'no access code.' I drove 45 minutes to pick up my package, and DHL made no effort to redeliver or resolve the issue.
Incompetent garbage facility. Driver claimed he tried to deliver, but of course cameras proved otherwise. I called customer service 15 min after attempt to see if he could redeliver, they reached out to this station who said no. It was imperative I received this package yesterday, but now I have to wait until Monday.
Consequences will be had due to the unsatisfactory behavior from the driver & station manager. I will not stop until I have escalated this to the corporate & executive leadership offices. Information easily found on Zoominfo. I will rectify this in the manner I see fit & there will be ramifications for all involved.

Unless your ready to waste your time , make 30 phone calls and argue with them for days, I recommend not to used DHL they don’t really care

First and last time I use this company, I sent a smaller package to Mexico, I wanted it to arrive as soon as possible and it never arrived at the destination, I tried to communicate with a customer service employee but there is no way to communicate only with texts (WhatsApp) I do not recommend this company, they charged me for an incomplete service, they do NOT deserve a star 😡
