  I had such an incredible experience with this Post Office! I was having issues with my mailbox key and receiving mail. The clerk at the front desk and the mail delivery person absolutely stunned me with how helpful they were! I am so shocked, pleased, and incredibly grateful! Thank you so much to these hard workers, especially during this busy season of theirs! Thank you Horseshoe Bay USPS!!!! Very inspiring work ethic! Thank you! :)

  Quite possibly the worst postal carriers in America. Numerous packages “can’t be delivered” because “no one is home”. Wife is a stay at home mom.

  I would give this location zero stars if I could. We moved to the area earlier this month and still have no mail. I went and filled out paperwork to update our address so they could assign our mailbox and keys. After a few days of waiting, I go to this location to pick up any mail they’ve collected to hold for us during the process and to pick up a package I tracked on Amazon that had been delivered. At that point, an employee checked and did not have our mail and package, and upon checking some paperwork, informed me that it looked like our mail and package had been put in our new box, and I should expect a call the next day letting me know the keys were ready. I was a little frustrated our mail had been delivered to a location we had neither knowledge of or access to, but I figured if I’d be getting the keys and the mail the next day, it was no big deal. A couple more days go by. They never called to inform me that the keys were ready, which they said they would do. I finally called them and got “Oh yeah, your keys are ready. Someone should’ve called you.” Today, I finally go get the keys (2 weeks after initial paperwork) and I go to the mailbox location only to find out the keys don’t work. I call this location at which point they tell me “Well, we may have written down the location wrong. Or we might have changed the keys without needing to.” I leave my number with an employee who is supposed to give me a call when he’s in the area today. Hopefully, we have our mail soon...

  If I didn’t have to select a star, this post office a thumbs down. My husband and I both retired and always home. Today I got a message telling me a delivery was attempted and my package was not able to be delivered. We were here. We have a relatively new carrier and never delivers the mail before 5 pm. service is completely unsatisfactory. I wish I had a choice of post office and carrier.
