- DMDenise MoralesNov 24, 20251.0Right when I walked in, I wasn’t greeted at all. It felt uncomfortable from the start. I went in to ship a care package for my son who has been deployed, and the lady with the blonde hair didn’t greet me, she just looked me up and down, which made the whole interaction feel even more awkward. The gentleman who helped me did explain that I needed to have the form filled out beforehand, which I understood. I wasn’t expecting anyone to fill it out for me; I only needed a label and some tape. But overall, the atmosphere and the way I was treated just felt off, and I don’t think I’ll be returning.
- CMCarol MeissnerJun 20, 20255.0On June 20, 2025, I arrived at Hockley Post Office and was immediately greeted by Xavier who was helping another customer. He was able to continue to help that customer and also quickly give me paperwork I needed for my transaction. As I started to fill out my paperwork, Tarvon finished the task he was working on and came over to assist me as Xavier finished up with his customer. Both these employees were exceptional in their understanding of providing quality customer service. Additionally, Tarvon told me how I could use a slightly different type of service and save $10 in the process. As a person who supervised over 150 staff before I retired, I recognize exemplary customer service when I see it. These two employees were outstanding in their service. Kudos to them!
