- AOAurora OrtizDec 12, 20161.0Horrible service! DON'T MAIL WITH THEM! OFFICE OF NO! Offers no tape or other items for shipping free of charge. They require you purchase everything even if you just need one piece of tape not an entire roll. They don't have their correct hours of operation listed on their online presence. They are open 8:30am-4:30pm M-F (Monday may have different hours of operation). In a town with only 1 post office it makes shipping or picking up items very limited. If you work 7am-5pm or any variation of that you'll never be able to visit them during those hours. With Hereford growing they should stay open and operate like other offices in larger towns. When they are open they do everything in their power to make your experience visiting long and difficult. With them being the only option in town they should do better to keep commerce in Hereford. Not force our local people make a trip to neighboring towns for a better experience. They allow lines to get horribly long before actually addressing their customers. Then they tell you how you have incorrectly packaged your items. Following up with how much more on top of shipping they want to charge you. The mentality of the office isn't to be helpful and make your experience enjoyable they respond with no instead of offering alternative solutions. Drive to Canyon or Amarillo to ship your items. It will be a far better experience and your items will arrive more quickly!
