- JJJenny JonesJul 29, 20261.0My package showed delivered but it's nowhere to be found! I called them seeking their help because they mistakenly delivered my package elsewhere. They simply refused to help me locate my package and even refused to look around at the post office to see if it was maybe left there and they said NO! They showed ZERO CONCERN that my package included necessities, toys, and hand sewn gifts from my mom. NOW my package is lost and my daughters are heartbroken that their maw maws gifts are nowhere to be found. This isn't the first time I have had issues with this post office but absolutely losing my package and then refusing to help me crosses the line! So here I am making a review to warn everyone. If your package is lost and it's their mess up, Hemphill post office will not care nor try to help you. Heads up everyone!
