- JSJo Ann Schaumburg3 days ago1.0So I went this Helotes Post Office for first time and I asked the lady whose name I didn’t get about printing prepaid shipping labels at kiosk. She said no you can’t print it there and I can’t print it for you. She told me I had to go to fed ex to print it and bring it back. So I do that then come back to put in parcel box. I see a young lady printing her prepaid shipping labels at the kiosk. Let me tell you how inconvenient that was. The Leon valley post office would never . Never again will I go back there.

She was kind and patient on the phone. She told me she would call me back in thirty minutes, but it was only like 15. Shout out to Jennifer! She needs a raise.
