  HORRIBLE experience. I came in to print a SINGLE B&W Paper. They said they charge $1 for any B&W paper. HOWEVER, they charge $3 for the same exact B&W 8.5x11 paper if it's a UPS RS label. Which is absolutely BONKERS because it's the same 8.5x11 B&W Paper. But they want to charge a "processing fee" but ONLY for labels not any other piece of paper with writing on it..lol. Make it make sense. The craziest part of this is I came just a week ago and it was different prices. It seems like prices are just made up depending on how slow or how "busy" the business is. Then when I ask why the prices changed, they've told me 3x already there was different owners (which isn't true). Every single time I come the last up front gives me a new price and at this point it's a joke. I've gone to so many UPS locations and have never experienced such poor way of conducting business. Also, I rarely leave reviews but this was too stupid.

  I just had the most pleasant and helpful experience at this UPS store! The manager, Cam, took care of my very large, very heavy pile of boxes. He even came out to my car and unloaded them. I can say enough good things!

  I will not return to this location. I visited this location while needing to print documents from my flash drive. However, I was informed by three different staff members that they do not allow individuals to use their public computers to insert their flash drives. While the customer service may have been friendly, it is unacceptable for a public establishment to deny individuals access to their devices for legitimate purposes, such as printing documents. If you are unable to access a computer, I can email you the document. Please pull up the document on your device and send it to me via email. I will not return to this location again. I found FedEx Print to be a wonderful customer service provider so go there and not here.

  Just pulled up at 2:40 on a Saturday (store closes at 3) and employees had locked the door - I could see them inside. Poor customer service.

  Very friendly staff here, but there has been zero care with regard to my shipments. I just sent two boxes with fragile stickers all over, both destroyed. After going to FedEx for a while after previous damaged boxes with UPS, I decided to try again. Nope, done. Never again. You've harmed my business enough already.
