Absolutely sick of the issues we have faced using ReadyRefresh / Primo Brands for water supplies to our business. From drivers just deciding to skip us to their absolutely pathetic "ai" support chat and inability to actually get someone to provide customer support.

Jared came out and met with me..he was transparent with pricing, delivery and all aspects. He won me over with understanding of cost, reliability and his over all friendliness! They are definitely lucky to have him. They delivered above and beyond with our requests and needs. We are extremely glad to change companies with no regrets.
