I personally enjoy this location! Everyone is always super friendly at the front counter when you are dropping packages off, & they ship out your shipments in a timely manner, so what more can you ask for, as a customer?🥳😁💫⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Posted hours state they open at 7:30AM on weekday but they only opened at 7:45AM. At least the gentleman was apologetic... but the organization of the schedule lacked professionalism

Do not ship anything you care about with USPS. I was shipped a Fishing Rod. Tracking showed it moving until July 10th, when it hit the Fort Worth facility and simply stopped. It has never moved since. It was not delivered. It was not returned. It just vanished inside their system. I filed a Missing Mail search. Nothing. I called 1-800-ASK-USPS and got a script and a case number. I checked back repeatedly over 6 weeks and received not one update, not one call, not one email, and not one piece of evidence that a single human being ever looked for my package. That is the part that should worry you. It is not that they lost it; things get lost. It is that once it was gone, there was no search, no accountability, and no one who could tell me anything at all. The tracking page was the only "help" I ever got, and it said the same thing for 6 weeks straight. And there is no recourse. You cannot sue USPS over lost mail; federal law specifically shields them from it. Insurance is capped and slow. So the loss lands on whoever shipped it, and USPS faces exactly nothing. Use UPS or FedEx for anything of value. USPS lost my package, put in zero effort to find it, and walked away without consequence because they can. I am sincerely disappointed in how they handled this and strongly suggest you don't do business with them.

The absolute worst experiences with postal employees. They make no attempt to get you to answer the door for a package. I have two large dogs, misses the first attempt. Made it to the post office on Friday at 11:02 and doors were locked. They do close at 11 on 11 but 11:20 every other day so I guess that’s on me. When rescheduling another delivery for the signed package. It had a notes section where I put “ knock and ring doorbell, someone is home and dogs will bark. Then when they come to deliver they walked up and out a sticker on my door with no attempt to knock or ring doorbell. Thank god for internet, hopefully yall go under soon! Especially this location!
