This store appears to do a good job handling UPS shipments, but I would strongly caution against using it for USPS packages. Although USPS services are listed on their website, they cannot provide a USPS acceptance receipt or scan prepaid USPS labels into the USPS tracking system when you drop them off.
My recent experience highlights why this is a problem. I brought in a small package with a prepaid USPS Priority Mail label. I needed tape to secure the label and box, so I grabbed a roll to purchase. The employee kindly offered to tape the package for me instead, which I appreciated. He then took my open package without a label attached and set it behind the counter. Only then did he tell me they could not provide any receipt because it was a USPS package, not a UPS package.
Because the store is very fast-paced, I didn’t fully process what that meant until later. I realized I had handed over an open package without the label attached and left with no receipt, no proof of drop-off, and no way to verify that the package had been accepted.
The package was sent via 2-Day Priority Mail and was dropped off Thursday afternoon. I was told USPS picks up from the store around 11:00 a.m. the next day. It should have arrived in Oregon on Monday. By Monday, USPS tracking still showed they had not received the package.
When I called the store, I was told they couldn’t help because USPS packages are not tracked by them. I then contacted UPS Store corporate and was told this is normal procedure. I expressed concern that accepting packages without providing any proof of acceptance is a poor policy, but the representative abruptly ended the call before the conversation was finished.
Ironically, while this is going on, the package was finally scanned by USPS that it was picked up from the UPS Store around 11:30 a.m. Monday—four days after I dropped it off. That suggests it sat at the store the entire time, though they have no way to confirm that because they do not track USPS packages.
As a result, I paid extra for expedited shipping, yet the package wasn’t even picked up until the day it was supposed to be delivered. A local mail and shipping business later told me there is no reason a store accepting USPS packages cannot provide some form of acceptance receipt, even if it is not an official USPS tracking receipt.
As of Tuesday, the package had only reached the main Fort Worth distribution center and had not yet left Texas—five days after drop-off. Unfortunately, the contents are sensitive to heat, which is why I paid for faster shipping in the first place. While the weather isn’t the store’s fault, the delay likely exposed the package to conditions it would have avoided had it been shipped promptly.
My advice: If you’re mailing anything important through USPS, take it directly to a USPS facility, or a mail and shipping service that can scan all received packages or obtain a receipt showing the package was accepted (There is a great one on Boat Club Rd).
The lack of documentation, tracking and prompt delivery at drop-off creates unnecessary risk and frustration for customers.

The employees here work hard. They are consistently attentive and efficient. They process Amazon returns at almost the speed of light. They seem to enjoy their job, work in a friendly atmosphere and and interact well with the customers. Certainly feels like they take care of the customers!
