- MLMelissa Loera3 days ago5.0I went in for a new passport today and both front desk employees Anna and Joseph were very nice. Anna was extremely kind and helpful, she explained everything I needed to fill out on the application and was kind enough to let me choose which passport photo I liked the most! I was super pleased with the customer service I experienced at this USPS location.

- CEcorina evansMay 21, 20261.0First time I’ve ever had a terrible experience there and my question should have been extremely simple. All I needed to do was RENEW a passport and I had tried for two days and got to the end but the website was down for two days so I went to the local post office for help/guidance. The lady with dyed red hair and dark blue eyeshadow must have been having a bad day because she was trying to upset everyone line by talking very loudly to everyone like they were two years old. I gave her as much grace and kindness as I could but she was trying to make me leave with my question unanswered. I’ll figure it out on my own now. Super nasty lady should not be working in customer service. I will drive to a different post office before I ever have to talk to red haired, dark blue eyeshadow lady again. It’s so sad that so many people left mad and out of the 10 people I watched her serve only about 4 actually got what they needed. Terrible customer service just because she had a bad day!
