With professionalism, care and helpfulness getting better each time I walk in. They always keep a smile on their faces from the moment I walk in until services are finished.
- TRTerrance RichardsSep 28, 20261.0For the amount of money you spend to ship items nowadays. And to have an employee tell me that I have to buy tape if I want more than 1 strip on my box is asinine. And not that i wanted more than 1 strip. I was just mailing multiple boxes. So is it 1 strip period, or 1 strip per box? As much as I ship, and never had an issue getting my box taped up. If that is policy, throw it in the trash. I'm going to edit here to your response. I get it that you don't want to be taping up a full on disaster. But that is the extreme, and I understand that reasoning. But for the average customer that needs a couple strips of tape on the top and bottom of a box, it should be complimentary. Especially with the prices we are paying to ship packages now.
