She was very positive and friendly and I did not feel bad not knowing how to pull up the return code. She went through the process and told me also not to feel bad if I forget. They will assist anytime. Awesome customer service, which should be copied by other stores or companies. I always love to come to the Harker Heights UPS store. No matter what I need I will always see a friendly face and a smile. Thanks Rebeka, my day is better because of you!

She was patient, friendly, and actually took the time to make sure everything was done right instead of rushing me through. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people, which is rare these days. I walked in a little stressed and left feeling taken care of. If you get the chance, definitely ask for Charlotte. She’s the kind of person that makes you want to come back.
