  I visited the UPS Store over the past three days to use the shredding service, and each time the store was extremely busy. Even with the heavy traffic, Stevan consistently treated every customer with respect, patience, and genuine understanding. He managed multiple tasks and assisted everyone without showing a single sign of frustration. His calm professionalism stood out, and it truly takes a special kind of person to handle that level of demand so gracefully. I sincerely appreciate Stevan’s work ethic and the positive experience he created. Thank you, Steven, and thank you to UPS for having employees who go above and beyond.   If you are trying to ship out care packages to your loved ones I wouldn’t come here. I paid over $100 to ship out a care package to a military base overseas filled out a custom sheet w the cashier.. I had 26 items in this package and told them every item.. they only listed 5 items and customs rejected the package. It got sent back to a facility because they also put my address down incorrect. It was very busy when I went into the store and Steven the cashier was not paying attention at all but once the package came back he shrugged it off said there’s nothing they can do and I’d have to pay again to ship.. the entire reason it got sent back is because he filled out the form incorrectly to begin with. They were no help in store and after hours of being on the phone w customer service they recognized the fault of the employee and helped w a refund but very messed up that they can make a mistake .. not fix it.. and try to make u pay again.. ended up going to USPS and paid only $50 and the package got to them in less than 2 weeks.. also when I first started this process it took over a month for it to ship out w them just for it to come back a whole month later. The store and staff is a mess, ended up making a formal complaint w UPS.

  Barbara was super sweet. If you want to be treated with kindness, then go see her. Awesome job, girl...... Kim from the Harker heights location was super patience & understanding. I had a lot of returns, and she always helped me with a great smile. Thanks for making my frustrating day into a wonderful day.

  This store is awesome!! The workers are amazing. Barbara is great manager!! She has her team working hard and making sure the customers are happy and taken care of in a timely manner. Bri is always helpful n happy and smiling no matter what!! Love this store!!
