- YBYosselin Benitez1 day ago1.0EVERY single time I visit this establishment I always have a bad experience with Gloria. I have witnessed her telling customers how they are short staffed and I completely understand that as it seems we are short staffed everywhere. But she is NOT part of the solution as she has no sense of urgency, talks excessively and tends to move slower as the line extends. She doesn't stock items and tells you to go to the store instead of retrieving more supplies from the back. I try to give her grace and practice patience but today was infuriating. Gloria couldn't answer any of the questions the gentleman ahead of me had and told him "well a customer left tape here for other customers to use so just bring your package" . WELL I forgot to bring my tape like I usually do and asked her if I can use some tape for my medium sized envelope and she stated, "Well we arn't allowed to let customers use the tape since we are bankrupt. You need to buy some" as she pointed to the wall. I left and prefer to drive to another city moving forward. Please hire some help for this woman or give her another position that doesn't involve dealing with customers!!! Maybe this will help with her attitude.

I don't understand why people seek out customer service jobs if they lack the courtesy to treat and serve others; I definitely do not recommend this place. Pésima atención al cliente, GLORIA la señora que me atendió, de muy mala manera se molestó solo porque mi hijo estaba observando hacia afuera por la ventana, no entiendo porque si no tienen la amabilidad para tratar y atender a personas porque buscan un trabajo de atención al cliente, definitivamente no recomiendo este lugar.
- BDBenita DominguezAug 21, 20261.0I tried to send it to my daughter to the base some stuff and she doesn’t get it the package I return to the postal office and they said need more information and the a month later they return it the package and they don’t refund me my money!!!! Always really sad cause the people who work there are really rude and lazy or bad attitude!!! Please believe me if you want to send it something please go ANOTHER USPS office don’t go to this one in Haltom!!! Waste of time and money

This happens all the time. Packages were out for delivery and then after hours the status changed to "handed to individual at post office"? It is absolutely ridiculous!
- AHAngel HernandezAug 6, 20261.0i ordered something through usps and on the day it was supposed to be delivered it said it wasn’t delivered because of “animal interference”. i live in an apartment that doesn’t allow animals and i haven’t EVER seen animals here. besides that, mail is delivered to a room with apartment numbers on it that barely has any interaction with the actual complex. i go up to this office to try and retrieve my package because ive had an issue before with my package being delivered to the wrong apartment and both times were zero help. this most recent time i go up and the second i get to the desk all i hear is an agitated “can i help you” from a. lady named gloria and when i tried explaining my issue i was cut off after 4 words and she told me i needed a pink slip and to stand aside and ordered the next customer to come up and told us to get out of the way to keep her line moving. we were 2 of 3 people in there. we obviously didn’t know what a pink slip was and tried finding something online to help and she just told us to “look for whatever we needed out of her way”. after not being able to find anything or get ANY assistance after that we just left.
