  I don't like this place as they never answer the phone so don't bother calling and going in person you'll nearly break your hand beating on there steel door just for someone not to answer

  I’m making a new review of this place as this isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with them over mailing issues.. as couple years ago there letter carrier was caught red handed abusing the neighbors animals and made threats to cut off the neighborhood mail and now what I am dealing with is my own interaction with them.. June 6th 2026 my father passed away while I was in the hospital and they let me out to help deal with homestead and funeral arrangements for my father but four days after his passing my mother who is 76 years old and has dementia sneaked outside and fell while my brother was in my dad room cleaning and going through stuff to box up and I was in the restroom.. my brother had already called for an ambulance but it took them 45mins to get out to my house but my brother was already helping my mom as he went back inside to get a recovery belt to help her up the letter carrier for USPS see my mom on the ground made no attempts to help or to see if we need an aid by calling emergency services. He then proceeded to scream and yell, and make threats to my brother and my brother responded back and kind. There was no physical fight. Just an argument. I came out of the bathroom hearing it I went outside and tried to de-escalate and telling him what was going on and how my father had passed away and my mom has dementia. He then proceeded to tell me he was sorry and how everything must be troubling and hard for us and that he understands so we apologize as well he shook our hands and he went on his way. Emergency services finally arrived. They checked my mom out and said that she didn’t need to go to the hospital and this should’ve been the end of the story, but it wasn’t.. for the rest of June and all of July everything was normal till the first week of August, that’s when we noticed that we weren’t getting our mail so on August 15 we seen the letter carrier go by and we were already leaving to go somewhere so we just made a quick stop and asked him that we weren’t getting on our mail and what was going on? (As we weren’t notified or contact by anyone that there was a complaint filed on us or that our mail was being held) He proceeded to tell us that we wasn’t getting our mail because of the incident that happened on June 10 2026 and the more he thought about it the more he couldn’t let it go and told us that we were using my dad’s death as a cop out.. We told him, but we already said sorry and he told us don’t you feel glad that you apologize and he drove off so that same day we went back home and I called USPS Customer service and made a complaint that following Monday I went to the USPS post office on Stanford Street and made a complaint there locally I talked to a supervisor named Christopher Reid (I had only got the story from the letter carriers point of view and it was completely different than what I had told him as he made. It seem like the encounter was a quick little thing. No, it lasted about 20 minutes the first five minutes where my brother and him arguing, and then the rest was him talking to us after apologies was made) I asked when he made the complaint but no one would tell me I asked Christopher that he waited two months to do this and it seems like it’s a retaliation to which he agreed so the next couple of days I ended up going back up there and I talked to a new supervisor named Mike who told me to go up there on Tuesday to speak with the postmaster and that’s what I did. I talk to him and he told me that he was not made aware of this till Monday, which is awfully funny because of contradicts what he said of him, making the decision to stop mail being delivered to our house.. . He wrote down my statement, and after that I left And went and filed a report to the USPSOIG I don’t know if there was ever an investigation cause all I know is at that post office. They never investigate what happened because no one never contacted us or even tried to come and talk to us to get our side till I went up there informed a complaint.

  Just moved here 3 weeks ago and they had held my mail at the post office because a newly built house we currently live in looked "unlivable"...then on top of that we have the mail app that shows us when we are supposed to be expecting mail and when it was delivered and yet it still got held at the post office now me and my wife have to go back up there after I get off my 10hr shift...this post office is sorry as hell. Idk know why yall wanna work there if yall dont like what your doing...
