- KAKaren AndreMay 7, 20261.0The short gray-haired lady with the tattoos is absolutely the rudest person I have ever encountered . She's Curt, dismissive and rude. When I asked her if they had a particular stamp displayed on the wall, she scowled at me and snapped " We just have flags I don't know about those !" It took ok me 3 minutes of polite asking her about this particular stamp for her to finally say" look on the other wall, That's what we have" which was quite a bit more than flags and had a good selection for the occasion 125 stamps I was looking for . Then she failed to say there was different sizes of and sold me a larger stamp than why I needed and had said . Our taxpayers money should not go to an employee of the United States Government such as this. Her salary ,which is paid by us ,should be paid by someone who knows manners and is courteous and has a smile on her face. I rarely give poor reviews. I just don't like to unless it is important . This is . Customers have a choice , she should remember , number one and number two. she represents our wonderful country of America with a very nasty disposition and and attitude toward the citizens who ultimately pay her salary with our taxes . If I could give a zero , I would . She needs a talking to" and teaching on customer service .. or better yet ,fired . She hasn't learned from her fine coworker who want there today at this time , the energetic Gentleman that works there who is always kind, smiling, courteous and polite , and I don't want my taxes going to her pension either . .

- WVWhitney VanhooseFeb 9, 20261.0I went to the local post office to get some things done. While there, the worker (bald old white man) was approached by another older gentleman. They proceeded to make racist comments about the half time performance stating “I didn’t know I needed a translator for the Super Bowl”, “man I was so mad I was red” and “what is America coming too”. The only issue they had was that it was in Spanish. It was racist, inappropriate, and unprofessional. This is a place of employment, not your house. It was extremely uncomfortable and wrong. I know of multiple encounters where this worker has been racist to Hispanic customers. He should be fired, thank you.
