The tatted up lady at the desk is very rude but I wasn’t surprised

Absolutely unacceptable service. I dropped off 30 packages on Tuesday. The employee simply dumped them into a bin, handed me back my bag, and that was it. By Wednesday morning, not a single package had been scanned into the system. I drove back on Thursday to ask about it. The employee barely looked up from her phone and seemed more interested in that than helping a customer. When I explained the situation, she rudely told me, "We don't ship anything. The other post office picked them up this morning." It's now 11:00 PM Thursday night, and those packages still haven't received an acceptance scan. This isn't just frustrating—it impacts my business and my customers, who now think their orders haven't even been mailed. I'll be contacting the Postmaster to file a formal complaint because this level of service is unacceptable.

They should hire employees that don't hate their job. The worker at the counter didn't want to look up from her phone game to help me. There is a reason they have a 2.1 star rating.

The guy that works there is absolutely amazing He is the embodiment of 5 star service. Great attitude. But it’s pretty sad that the short-haired lady that works there ruins it for him. She has a horrible attitude every single day that I go in there and I’m in there often enough. She gets mouthy with customers. She has a “that’s not my job” mentality. I feel sorry he has to work with her. I couldn’t do it.

Took off work early to take a box there that had been packaged and labeled ready to go! Just needed to drop it off. Got there and they say I can’t ship it in the box because I had ground shipping and the box had priority mail on it. Took the box and covered all the priority shipping labels on the box. Took it back and still wouldn’t accept it because they said it’s a priority box. I asked, “ where do you see priority shipping on the box?” Bald man said,” oh I know it’s our priority box so you’re going to have to find another box.” Said to him, “so if I wrap this thing in duct tape and your can’t see it, you’re still going to say the same thing.” He replied with, “yep.” Told him, “I don’t understand why you’re making this so difficult.” And he just shrugged not caring. Went to another USPS office and they took the box with no questions. Do not understand why make things so difficult! Definitely do not recommend taking anything here. Very frustrating.
