- MTMarti Tona2 days ago2.0This store has always had helpful people working with the general public, but this morning there was a female at the UPS drop off station that was so rude to multiple customers. She does not need to interact with the public and furthermore she probably needs to be in the stock room away from the general public. She is NOT a good fit for customer service!! Her attitude was not warranted at all.

Today, I was just simply returning an amazon package. The lady didn’t greet, didn’t use any words or respond. Just sat there and waited for me to open the box so she could scan it. At first I didn’t even realize that’s what she was just sitting there for. When I pulled it out she snatched it scanned it and said have a good day. I went to walk off, she said “take your box with you”. I then asked if she had a trash can and she said not for boxes. Not even this small box or the paper inside. Extremely rude. I really hope management will do something about this. That really got under my skin. I dont know this person, never met, had no reason to treat me that way.

Also they were not helpful as far as giving.me instructions or explaining what I needed to do. The staff in the print, copy area were only accommodating to customers who seemed to use their services on a regular basis.
