  Diana is awesome! She makes this place great. Very nice, friendly, and helpful! Not only that but she knows exactly what she is doing and is efficient with the entire process. Never in a rush and always makes you feel welcome even when it’s close to 8pm. Keep being amazing Diana! God bless you!!

  Excellent customer service! Diana was very sweet, helpful, and got both of my returns handled quickly right before closing without making me feel rushed. Really appreciate her kindness and professionalism!

  Diana and Jordan provided absolutely amazing customer service at The UPS Store! Both of them were incredibly helpful, patient, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. They helped me with everything and made what could have been stressful feel so easy and pleasant. Honestly, their level of customer service is so exceptional that I would gladly make the extra trip to come back to this location instead of going to the UPS store closer to my home. That says a lot! It’s rare these days to find people who truly care about helping customers the way Diana and Jordan do. Highly recommend this location because of them! I would gladly give them more stars than 5 🙂

  Emailed a print job which was done quickly and printed perfectly - Diana was kind and courteous and offered me an educator discount as I was printing flyers for an upcoming school recital! Very grateful and will be coming back again soon!
