  The friendliest UPS store ever. The entire team does a phenomenal job of providing service and keeping the place organized. Staff and management always eager to help. The owners at this location are hands on and it shows and why we have been customers for many years.

  I’m so grateful to the team at this UPS Store! A glitch in the system I was using initially directed me to another location that was already closed. I arrived here just three minutes before closing with five packages to drop off for a client, and they accepted them. I really appreciated their willingness to help at the very end of the day. Thank you Diana and Jordan for helping me get those packages taken care of!

  Let me just start off by saying USPS has cost me a lot of money not just delivery but losing packages left and right and never looked at everything I filed with insurance for those packages and owning a small business made it worse. At UPS the last few visits Diana and Jordan have made it amazing! I loved their customer service. Thank you for your help! I needed to weigh 3 packages since my scale died and Jordan was quick to weigh it. Diana got my pre ordered labels printed out quickly and the slips to put onto my boxes. They were the absolute sweetest people and can’t wait to continue using UPS!!

  I was already running an errand nearby and decided to stop in for an Amazon return, and I’m so glad I did! This was seriously the quickest service ever. Someone was already helping the lady in front of me, and instead of making me wait, another employee immediately came out from the back and said, “I can help the next person!” I didn’t have to wait at all. My return was done in no time. I absolutely love that kind of customer service and will definitely be coming back for my Amazon returns!
