I’ve gone through many closings and I’ve never experienced a more unprofessional title company. The CFO said she was going to get back to me on a serious allegation but has failed to do so, which is why I’m leaving this review. Be warned. Your personal information is not safe with this title company.

Everything was handled professionally, communicated clearly, and completed ahead of schedule, which made the entire experience smooth and stress free. What stands out even more is the support I've received since then. Most recently, within the last few days, I reached out with a question regarding an issue that was completely unrelated to Stellar Title Group or my closing. Even though it wasn't their responsibility, they responded quickly, provided guidance, and helped point me in the right direction. The issue was resolved within 72 hours, and they even followed up afterward to make sure everything had been taken care of. That level of customer service is hard to find. Everyone I've interacted with has been professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. It's clear they care about their clients long after the closing documents are signed. Thank you!!

I was sent a Seller’s Information Sheet with the option to e-sign, but when I requested the e-sign version, no one seemed to know how to send it. It took over three weeks just to complete and sign one form. Overall, the process was frustrating and could definitely benefit from better management and organization.
