  Kaelon was great, he was helpful, patient, and professional. Unfortunately, my experience with Lashanda was very different. I came in looking for a custom packing solution and initially was told they couldn’t provide a price until their manager returned, which is fine. The proposed solution was then to cut down a standard box, but it would still leave several unnecessary inches on the sides that they couldn’t reduce, so it wasn’t the custom fit I needed. I explained that this was completely fine and that I would go, but Lashanda continued arguing with me in an unnecessarily aggressive manner about the need for cushion and something about conveyor belts and whatnot rather than accepting that the proposed solution didn’t meet my needs. I wasn’t looking for an argument, just a specific packing service, and it’s fine if they don’t have it. I still paid for the cut-down box as a courtesy and to compensate them for the time they had spent trying to help. I appreciated Kaelon’s professionalism, but the interaction with Lashanda made an otherwise simple visit very uncomfortable. I’ve always had good experiences with FedEx employees, so this was unusual. I can deal with irate clients myself, but this was the first time I’ve had an employee escalate an interaction when there was no conflict to begin with.

  Nice store i had to print pdf documents and it was pretty quick they have plenty of printers

  I’ve used this FedEx location several times before and have never had any issues, which is why this visit stood out. I came in to ship a package that was not a prepaid drop-off. I was directed to use self-service, but that wasn’t an option for my shipment since it hadn’t been prepaid online. When I asked for assistance, I wasn’t able to get the help I needed, so I left without shipping my package. The visit only lasted a few minutes, but I was unable to complete what I came in to do. I also noticed another customer appeared to be having a difficult experience while I was there. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, especially for places I’ve had good experiences with in the past, but this visit was disappointing. I hope future customers receive the assistance they need.

  We needed a few print jobs and posters made for my work and so a coworker and I came here to see what they could do for us. While they have self-print services, we went to the full print services counter to get expert advice for our project. The employee offered several suggestions and great ideas that we decided to incorporate into our project. I was amazed that they could do everything we wanted them to do and have in already by the next day. Of course we agreed to work with them, it was a no-brainer! As I was leaving I looked around and was very impressed at everything you can do here. They literally have workstations and free Wi-Fi so you can work right there. They have a wide variety of point of purchase products for presentations, posters, banners, flags, business cards, table tents and more. This is definitely a one-stop kind of store for business needs!
