- BPBrayan Perez4 days ago1.0Self Serving Kiosk is down just about everyday!! Either the drop box is jammed or the kiosk cant print labels. And its not like I'm coming at midnight after its been used a few times. Im coming at 6-7pm and theres always something wrong. Are the employees not checking to make sure its functioning before their shift is over?!? Ridiculous!

- AAAdamAug 14, 20261.0They do not answer the phone--EVER. It just rings and rings and rings and then eventually you get a busy signal. I was expecting a package containing prescription medication yesterday; the tracking states it was delivered in my mailbox. I went outside to check my mailbox and there was nothing in it. So unless I physically go there to investigate this, there will be no way for me to find out where this may have been delivered.
