- AAAdamAug 14, 20261.0They do not answer the phone--EVER. It just rings and rings and rings and then eventually you get a busy signal. I was expecting a package containing prescription medication yesterday; the tracking states it was delivered in my mailbox. I went outside to check my mailbox and there was nothing in it. So unless I physically go there to investigate this, there will be no way for me to find out where this may have been delivered.

- DDDallasEatsJul 14, 20261.0HORRIBLE STATION! My mail has been going missing for the past 3 years I've lived at my apartment. Ironically only personal mail sent by my family for birthdays & holidays gets stolen & just recently even a letter sent to me by USPS was stolen by the carrier. I have put in multiple missing mail searches which are always responded with my item not being found. I am sure they never look nor do they investigate their carriers. The station manager is NEVER on-site nor do they answer the phone. I have filed every report possible even a police report for the theft & nothing! I thought moving to a nice area in Grand Prairie would be nice but now I can't wait to move. Unlike most, I know this is where my mail goes to be delivered to me due to me having to hunt down a package & contacting everyone under the sun to get it back. Most don't know this but a lot of "missing" mail goes all the way to the USPS Mail Recovery Center in Atlanta but you are never contacted or informed of this information. Unclaimed items are held for 30-60 days before being auctioned, donated, or recycled, which is funny because no one is ever notified to even claim their items.
