- KLkirsten leonardSep 22, 20261.0I got a PO Box because my mail kept being stolen from my apartment. Now apparently I can’t even have mail reliably sent to the post office. It’s been over a week and a package that was delivered and with photo proof that it was given to an employee inside STILL hasn’t been delivered. I’ve been told by an employee they don’t even know what the other employee in the photo did with my package. I’m call the post inspector SMH

She completely refused to listen to my request, cut me off, and rudely told me to step aside while she handled someone else. What is worse is that after that, she deliberately ignored me for a long time, purposely wasting my time by walking away to the back, slowly organizing her desk, and adjusting her chair while making eye contact to show she was stalling. When she finally decided to help me again, she continued her hostile and uncooperative attitude. A post office is a public service institution, not a place for employees to play power trips and bully customers. I expect better professionalism and basic respect. Avoid this location if you can!
