She completely refused to listen to my request, cut me off, and rudely told me to step aside while she handled someone else. What is worse is that after that, she deliberately ignored me for a long time, purposely wasting my time by walking away to the back, slowly organizing her desk, and adjusting her chair while making eye contact to show she was stalling. When she finally decided to help me again, she continued her hostile and uncooperative attitude. A post office is a public service institution, not a place for employees to play power trips and bully customers. I expect better professionalism and basic respect. Avoid this location if you can!

Im not going to mention her name. Did not wear a name badge. If I come, I will wait in line for someone else.
