  Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to receive a package, they attempted delivery multiple times without someone being home after specific instructions to wait until a time when someone would be at my residence, they did not even attempt to redeliver or abide by the instruction left for them on my delivery so I ended up having to drive all the way to their location to pick up my package. Absolutely terrible customer service, you get thrown around between different representatives and everyone just says they can’t help you & the only thing you can do is pay them extra money to put a note in your chart. And just btw, even if you pay extra for them to deliver at a specific time, they don’t follow those instructions. I have pictures of all of the notes left for FedEx & video of the drivers “attempted delivery” in which he knocked on my door & stood for 5 seconds, and left. Even if someone was home, they wouldn’t have been able to get to my door in time. The drivers just rush through their deliveries and do not care at all. This has been a terrible experience & I recommend getting your package delivered by literally any one else.

  Trisha was rude on the phone. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and she put me on hold. I could hear here in the background talking bad about me and then she hung up on me.
