This time it said it was delivered 3 days ago and I still don’t have it. Someone’s not paying attention. It’s so very frustrating when you are expecting something special.

You claimed it was delivered it to my mailbox. I have video proof it was not delivered. I used to work at usps and I know you illegally closed out my ticket. I have recorded phone calls and text/email evidence that you did this. Edit: just received my package that they would not allow me to pick up because they said that my name and address were not correct however it was correct. I literally gave you my name address and a description of the package over the phone and you denied me delivery or pick up …make this makes sense. Because my package just got delivered to my door with the right address on it on the same day that you said that the address was not right on the package.
