- MMMari MJul 27, 20261.0the lady that works front desk is very rude o has took in several packages & she kept rolling her eyes sucking her teeth at what point do yall do something about the complaints made on her if thats who yall are proud of representing your local usps absolutely sad. she needs to replaced with someone else much more friendlier than her.

The lady with the long hair, ( l think her name starts with D ) is very rude and hateful, especially to old folks she thinks will fold to her intimidation tactics. I am not that person. She cost me time, and money. I was inconvenienced beyond description. The money cost absolutely infuriates me... This group of people here WILL be, NOT might be dealing with everything my legal counsel may throw at them.. The long haired lady thinks WE work for her. Nope, SHE works for US. My coworker from another town had to deal with her and described her perfectly. RUDE. HATEFUL. "You have to do that online"..... just as she has done myself and others in our city. None of us can understand why she is still working at this post office... There is another lady there that is quick to blame her carriers when problems are created due to her not doing her job. I think she may actually be the Post master... I know one young lady that is very sweet and kind, especially to older folks and is quick to help us when needed. The 2 rude people are ruining what should be a very nice place.

There is one particular rude employee at this location who consistently treats several people I know poorly every time we visit. While I understand the state has specific requirements for passports, my recent experience at the New Braunfels location was completely different and far more pleasant than what I've encountered here in Gonzales. USPS should seriously reconsider who represents them at the front counter and serving the public. Customer service should be handled with respect and kindness. This was the third and final time I’ll be visiting this location. Show some compassion or find another job. I will update my review once I file a formal complaint with USPS, and I’ll be including this employee’s name.
