Had seen a lot of negative comments about the employee but had no trouble at all. I had all appropriate paperwork and documents ready and the employee was quick and to the point which I appreciated!

She was very attentive and quick. She had people coming in back to back for passport appointments and postal services but that didn’t stop her from providing great service. I was amazed at how well she handles the overworked load.
