- JGJeff GalofaroJul 17, 20261.0Between noon and 1:30 they go to lunch you can't buy stamps you can't do anything for the mail so they get a 2-hour break what kind of post office does not allow you to buy stamps when they're at lunch
- JCJosh CavenderMay 11, 20261.01 STAR RATING ⭐️☆☆☆☆ THUMBS DOWN 👎👎 I've had to go up to the post office for the last 4 months to get a package that requires a signature because the delivery driver who doesn't even attempt to delivery the package, just marks the package as undeliverable & moves on with their route knowing I'll have to come pick it up at the post office. I went to complain to the office itself & the lady at the desk informed that they have had several people complain about the same thing and that it wasn't just me this was happening to, it was our entire delivery route, however, by her own admission, no one seems to care enough to do anything about making sure this doesn't happen going forward. Which I'm sorry, it doesn't matter how nice the people are at the front desk over there, this is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and honestly bad management. To allow this to continue knowing it's been a problem for SEVERAL customers, is unreal. I was told my package would be located and delivered to my address personally by one of the ladies at the office, and it's not 5:11pm, and my package is no where to be found. Not sure how you avoid dealing with this if you live in Godley, but I had to post a review by this point, as it's quite honestly insane this is still an issues for me...
