- EREmily RiveraAug 12, 20265.0While understaffing is a reality everywhere, I’ve really had great experiences here despite sometimes longer wait times. Vickie is wonderful and each time I have a question, she thoroughly explains the protocol and options I have. I’m never left to wonder the expectations or what steps I should take next if something goes not as planned. She helped me with a PO Box and a package I had. I hope she gets a raise!
- SMScott MilesAug 7, 20261.0This is the third year in a row they have messed up our vacation mail hold and not delivered the mail as scheduled. It’s now a week overdue. I’ve escalated to the USPS Consumer Services team in San Antonio and even they can’t get a response for two days now

- RKRobert KJul 29, 20261.0Possibly the worst experience for a passport renewal. Only one person who is slower than a sloth at the counter. The photo guy messes up every time and they reject the photo Everytime. This is probably the worst place for passport renewal.

Called 10 times over the course of 6 hours, no answers. Show up to inquire about new key, after being charged the $60 fee, and nothing has happened. The people and management at this location is absolutely horrendous. It is sad how after reading countless 1 star reviews and having the same experiences as others, over years, and they have yet to address.
