I just worked with Melissa on shipping some items I needed for work. The items were larger than typical boxes I had around. She was able to make things work, spent time helping to get it organized, and got all my items in hand and out the door before the five o'clock pickup. Amazing customer service and just overall experience. I could not be happier, and it will make me come back to this location for all my needs down the road.

Manager and staff very disappointing...Manager wouldn't help me with an online order. I f she can't help with an online order at her store, then what good is she. Good thing there is an Office Depot in that same wolf center, just around the corner. I went there and an Office Depot employee behind the counter helped me to finish my Fed Ex online order. Professionally and graciously. Office Depot does business cards as well. The black Fed EX girl has enough attitude for five people

Don’t ever get your passport photos or any kind of photos done here. The lady didn’t even tell me When she was going to take the photo or countdown… She didn’t even offer to let me see the photos and just Printed it.. She asked us what we thought, And since we weren’t ready for the photo, we both didn’t like it, but she said that that’s all we can do

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at any FedEx location, and it was entirely due to the manager, Deanna.
Deanna was dismissive, uncooperative, and showed no interest in doing her job. Instead of assisting with a straightforward request, she made the situation unnecessarily complicated and offered no real help or solutions. It honestly felt like she was going out of her way to avoid taking responsibility.
What’s most concerning is that this behavior is coming from a manager, the person who is supposed to lead by example. There was a complete lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer care. At no point did she try to resolve the issue or even show minimal effort to assist.
I remained polite and patient throughout, but that clearly made no difference. When management operates like this, it reflects very poorly on the entire location.
If you expect even average customer service, I strongly suggest going to another FedEx location. This one is not worth the time or frustration.
