  Rude customer service. The manager is no help and was mean. The employees whenever they answer is fine but then throughout the call they sound irritated on the call. Overall the FedEx company 1-800 number don’t help either, they say they will get a supervisor to call you but no one calls back. When checking on my hold package at this location, they just make the experience with FedEx worse. I didn’t know my package was going to be sent with FedEx since I ordered through Amazon. :/

  The people working here have the nastiest attitude I have ever encountered. Argumentative, condescending and unhelpful, over having to scan a damn package.

  Excellent service! I'm a maid of honor for a wedding on Saturday and was there trying to take care of last minute "emergencies". One of the workers there, Dustin, really helped me out! Saved me a lot of time and headache. I was about to spend the evening folding 175 programs and Dustin informed me that they had a folding machine. Saved me hours. Thanks again, Dustin!

  Thankful and appreciative of the excellent customer service, welcoming atmosphere and timely response from Caryn, Dustin and Melissa!! We ended up making 2 trips to this location today and will DEFINITELY be back again!!
