- AKaleena kAug 29, 20261.0There is a lady who literally rude all the time and never wants to help and just sends you to self service machine when a lot of people don’t even know how to use it. i have helped people more than the workers probably have there is no one even in the lobby in case someone doesn’t know how to use the service machine when they literally send you there. it always seems like your a bother to them when there on the clock to serve customers.

Since there was someone at the self-service machine with many labels they were printing it out it would have been much faster for me if they had just scanned and printed it out for me, especially considering I had to come back in to actually drop the package off at the counter considering the drop-box is jammed

I unfortunately was in a bind on time in getting something mailed and paid the price for it. I'll never go to this location again. She claimed it was the size and volume of the box was unusual. We told her IT'S ONE OF YOUR BOXES. She was unhelpful and rude.
