    I called to ask about notary services, and I spoke with a UPS agent named Sam Henderson. He was extremely polite and helpful and explained that the cutoff time for notary services was 6:45 p.m. My son and I quickly rushed down to the store, and we were fortunate enough to meet Sam in person. Sam was incredibly helpful and patient. He guided us through the entire process, made sure everything was completed correctly and in the proper order, and took the time to make sure we understood what we needed to do. I’m very thankful for Sam’s kindness and professionalism. He went above and beyond to help us, and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service he provided. UPS is lucky to have someone like Sam on their team!

    Nahom is a TRUE asset to this establishment. He was very helpful to me. He's experienced, very polite and very tactful. He delivered all of this, with a BRIGHT and SHINIING personality. This will be the UPS store of my choice going forward.

    Store at large strip mall near Target.....careful with such a close location, ⚠️, you don't want to make poor decisions on Halloween racial sensitivity.....Great patience with waiting for me to find my phone instructions.

    I had a wonderful experience at this UPS Store location, all thanks to Andres Hernandez! He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to make sure my needs were taken care of quickly and efficiently. It is rare to find such fantastic customer service these days. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be back. Thank you, Andres!
