    The driver that delivers to this store is freaking horrible. The customer service you receive when calling in to report the driver is horrible. Have gone back and forth for over a month because the driver is a liar and said my package was delivered and it wasn’t. Then said my package wasn’t able to be delivered to one of there on freaking store fronts. Common sense tells you if you continue to attempt a delivery at a location inside of Walmart you should at least have enough brain power to know when the FEDEX STORE OPENS THAT YOU ARE MAKING THE DELIVERY TO.

    I went in to this location 1 day prior to hosting my Husbands 30th Birthday Party/Canelo fight night. I had no real idea what I what wanted as decorations but, as the procrastination Queen that I am, I knew I needed to get it done ASAP! Nikki assisted me in creating everything from goodie bags to games! She even helped me design a HUGE birthday banner with the help of another FedEx rep, and photoshop guru, Luke. They were not able to print the banner at this location as it is a smaller store but they were able to send it to be printed at another FedEx store located miles away. When it was compete, Nikki drove herself to the other location (ON HER DAY OFF) and delivered our banner back to this location inside of Walmart just to make sure it was ready for me to pick it up hours before my party started. I had never met either representative from FedEx prior but I was treated like a member of their own families. I would HIGHLY recommend this FedEx location to any and everyone and I will never go to another store for printing/packaging/mailing services again! This is a company who knows how to retain their customers! THANK YOU SO MUCH NIKKI AND LUKE!!!!!

    Hello, Highly recommend this place. Ms. Nikki was awesome!!! Very willing to help. I unfortunately made a mistake on the delivery address, and Nikki was great and provided all the guidance needed in order to correct MY mistake. Don’t go anywhere else Here is the place to receive, great customer service, and a friendly face.🙂
