A package from NC arrived on June 18th and is still sitting there being processed....how is this possible? I put in a Service Request and haven't heard back...today is Jun 26 and it is unbelievable that the US Postal system has delays becuase of the World Cup Soccer games. Are we living in some 3rd world country?

I have lived at the same address for 18 years. My neighbor brought my mail home today with a stamped date of May 2 —full four weeks lost somewhere. This is now the new norm when we have subs on the west end of Galveston. Extremely unsatisfied community of Sea Isle, which is sad because our regular carrier Hope is wonderful. They left me on hold for 26 minutes, hoping I would hang up, and then they told me to complain online because they don’t respond to complaints. I only wish I could leave zero stars.

This USPS location has been an absolute nightmare. Multiple important packages — bills, textbooks, and gifts from friends/family — keep getting marked “return to sender” for no valid reason. My address is correct, has been reviewed and verified as a real address, and every other carrier (Amazon, FedEx, UPS, etc.) delivers here with zero issues. When I went in to ask about it, an employee asked me what the yellow return stamp said. I explained that I never even received most of the packages, so how would I know what the stamps said? The only reason I even had a picture of one yellow-stamped envelope was because I had to contact the sender directly after it was returned. I had to have the item re-shipped to a friend’s house off-island just to successfully receive it.
