  I initially ordered a 3x6 banner online this past Sunday. The prices were very reasonable compared to competitors, and the turnaround time was quicker than I imagined, it was ready for pickup in under two hours! Unfortunately, my pickup experience on Monday afternoon fell short. When the male employee at print services finally acknowledged me, he didn't offer a welcoming greeting and just bluntly asked if I was picking up an order. As a 4'10" mom trying to keep a toddler patient, it was incredibly difficult for me to unroll and inspect a banner of that size by myself. His unwelcoming demeanor made me feel like I couldn't ask for help, so I just briefly checked the top and left. When I got home and fully extended it with my fiancé, we realized the image was cropped incorrectly and wasn't what we ordered. However, I went back today, and the woman at print services, I believe her name was- Asaka, completely redeemed my experience! She was incredibly helpful, listened to my concerns, and completely understood the issue with the original print. She reprinted it exactly as I had ordered it in just a couple of minutes. Her communication, time expectation, and customer service were top-tier. She even took the time to help me fully extend the banner to reassure me it was perfect. Thank you, Asaka, for your stellar communication and for making my experience a great one, for your willingness to listen and resolve this so quickly. Your help today means more than you imagine.

  Had an amazing experience at the print center today! I came in with a last-minute project for an event tonight, and the associate, Caleb, went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to help me adjust my design, make it fit properly, and ensure everything looked great before printing. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me get the best result possible. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a smooth and positive experience thanks to his help. Excellent customer service and attention to detail—I truly appreciate it! 10/10 no notes for Caleb’s customer service! Will be back!

  Thieves. Returned a small Amazon fish tank. "Lost" in transit, ok something happened. But 6 months later I tried return two pretty large speakers, an original one plus the replacement (both wouldn't connect to my laptop Bluetooth. Guess what, neither of two separate returns can be found. By now you can figure what is going on. Sketchy explanations, shifty eyes of the employee of the month, never handed me the receipt except quick "you're all set" comment. Only when I mentioned bringing the police 10 days later they miraculously were able to find the receipts, but not the items. Not going there again.
