This place either takes forever to get through the line or the employees rush you like crazy. I saw both in one visit. The lady who rushed me also provided such vague instructions I was confused from start to finish. It was a stressful experience.

Snail mail. Drop off cart full to the brim. Spent 15 min in line to hand out a package that I didn’t even need the receipt for and after ringing the bell 3 times waiting for someone to show up at the door. Hire more people back there.

Some people are super kind and helpful and some people are less kind. But since June, I think 80% of the time I am really happy to go and feel like the staff cares. Next time I have a rude person I will be sure to note who and also name the awesome people too. I never pay attention to names when it comes to that. Actually, I will only post positives. It’s the post office. I would rather stay positive bc you know they deal w a lot

Today is 08/30/2026 - Upon arrival at 8:03AM I can to pick up my mail that was on hold for 18 days because I am a traveling nurse. I’ve waited in line for over 1:30 minutes and no one came to the window to help us. It was 4 people in line and each time I ask the front desk desk people they said that they had call back there and spoke with someone and let them know that we had been waiting for over hour and half. This is ridiculous to have to go through this!

I understand that employees cannot control every situation, but they can control how they treat customers. I came to this USPS location after days of getting the runaround about a high-value package containing designer shoes. I wasn’t expecting anyone to magically make my package appear—I simply wanted someone to review my case, explain my options, and help me determine the next steps. Instead, Melissa immediately told me to file a claim, which I believed had already been done. When I continued asking for help, she told me she would refuse to assist me because of my “attitude.” While I was understandably frustrated, I never yelled, cursed, or became aggressive. I simply explained that I needed a solution that day—whether that meant locating my package, understanding my options, or starting the appropriate process. As a customer whose expensive package had gone missing, I believe my frustration was completely reasonable. The most frustrating part is that filing a claim wasn’t even the correct next step. After Melissa refused to help, her manager stepped in, reviewed my case, and was able to identify what had actually happened. By checking the GPS scan/location data, they determined that the USPS carrier had delivered my package to the wrong apartment complex. If my case had been reviewed from the beginning instead of being dismissed, we could have identified the issue much sooner. I truly appreciate the manager for taking the time to listen, investigate, and work toward a solution. Unfortunately, my interaction with Melissa was the complete opposite. Customer service should involve listening, investigating, and treating customers with professionalism—not refusing assistance simply because a customer is understandably upset over a valuable missing package. I hope USPS provides additional customer service training so that future customers are met with empathy and a genuine effort to resolve their concerns instead of being dismissed.
