- JOJon OngMay 5, 20265.0staff is nice, but courier is careless. they delivered my package to the parcel locker but never left me a key to retrieve it. now i'm having to escalate and chase down the right people to get my package update: was able to get in touch with the annex where they got in contact with the courier. i ended up getting my package. bumped up the stars.

I was not sure what had gone wrong for others in the past. This morning, even though it was Saturday, I went in with around 1,600 EDDM mailers. It was my first time, so I did not fully understand the process. Lizzy helped me right away and explained everything clearly. The entire process took no more than five to ten minutes, and everything was completed smoothly. I had a great experience and was honestly impressed. Sometimes reviews do not tell the full story. From my side, the service was excellent, professional, and efficient. I truly appreciate the help and the hard work.
