- LSLaura Smith6 days ago1.0This is a problem at ALL post offices. The wait and delays are out of control. The offices are poorly staffed and the employees who are actually working, well they move slower than a glacial iceberg. The Stonebriar location is a joke and expect to wait in line for 15-35 min. That’s not if the ONE EMPLOYEE working doesn’t take an additional 15 minutes to chat with every guest. Terrible customer service and even worse service!!! Go to UPS, it’s cheaper and so much faster people.
- AAalexisSep 24, 20261.0It was my first time shipping a package so I was unaware of the process. I went in to ship a package from PoshMark. Vic at the front immediately got visibly upset after I didn’t grab the right envelope the first time, although he never clarified to grab one without padding. Then he proceeded to place the label first before scanning it. The label showed up as unpaid and after reaching out to PoshMark, this is a problem with certain USPS locations. Since Vic placed the label, I was forced to buy it although I couldn’t ship the item. If he would’ve scanned the label before I wouldn’t have been forced by staff to pay in the first place. Vic being unprofessional and trying to continue arguing was the breaking point. He continued to yap instead of pressing the pay button so I could tap and leave. What a JOKE!!!!!! Several customers in front of me experienced issues as well. Will NOT be back to this location.

- RSRaj SinghSep 3, 20261.0I am a new small business owner in Frisco, Tx. I went to the main Frisco Post office to get a BRM permit (my understanding is that USPS does not online service). I learn from the supervisor that I have to wait for one week till her BRM person returns to work. I asked very simple question - there must be an alternative person for a workflow to do a job. One week delay will cause a financial loss to my business. I requested the supervisor to complete my request as it is urgent. But she was extremely rude and ignorant person, in fact while talking she shut the door to cut it off before I complete my conversation. I don’t want to put her name here. But request #USPS to take this matter seriously.
