  I guess there has been new management. They charge for every single little thing that they didn't use to. I asked who I think is the manager about it and she tilted her head and opened her eyes really big and acted like she was surprised or had some chip on her shoulder. Only to find out the next day that the package that I was sending back to a particular company showed up on my doorstep. I don't know what's going on with that place but it is not what it used to be.

  Extremely poor customer service. The employee at the counter was dismissive, used hand gestures to wave the next customer forward, and didn't bother to ask if I needed help. I will never return

  The store ran very efficiently. When there was a long line, the staff was diligent to help everyone and keep the line moving quickly

  Basic service from start to finish. It seems like either ownership changed hands or management. The quality of this locations workforce has dropped to the lowest levels that I have seen since I have been coming here. I walked up to the counter and the employee just stood there, no acknowledgment of any kind. I followed up with a Hi, how are you doing? Silence! I explained I needed to ship the package I had brought in. The horse playing and loud voices made it hard to hear the questions from the employee. On top of this the slamming of the doors behind the counter was distracting. Most of the team looked like they couldn’t care less, just there making time. In the end I hope and pray my package arrives at its destination.

  10 out of 10 if it were possible. Friendly staff. No long lines too often. Great location. Most days I'm In and out. Clean store.
