- RMRandy MaldonadoMay 13, 20262.0Basic service from start to finish. It seems like either ownership changed hands or management. The quality of this locations workforce has dropped to the lowest levels that I have seen since I have been coming here. I walked up to the counter and the employee just stood there, no acknowledgment of any kind. I followed up with a Hi, how are you doing? Silence! I explained I needed to ship the package I had brought in. The horse playing and loud voices made it hard to hear the questions from the employee. On top of this the slamming of the doors behind the counter was distracting. Most of the team looked like they couldn’t care less, just there making time. In the end I hope and pray my package arrives at its destination.

There, I got 8 documents notarized for just $26 — $10 for the first document per person and $1 for each additional one. I reached out to this store to ask about the difference. They responded promptly and professionally, explaining that pricing varies by franchise and that their rates are within Texas law — which is true. But the math is hard to ignore: 4 documents here cost $40; 8 documents at another UPS Store cost $26. If you're a regular like me, great store overall — just worth a quick call before you come in for notary services if you have multiple documents.
