  Manager at the store needs training on customer service and treating people better. Other staffs were more kind and considerate than the store manager. 2 stars for the other staff. Hope they improve the service.

  Extremely helpful! I use this location to print and ship to numerous locations around the country. James, Andrew and the entire team go out of their way to ensure everything exceeds my expectations. Thank you for all you do!

  idk this inconvenience pissed me off i had a package get delivered here and when i called to make sure a friend of mine could pick up the package, the person on the phone claimed the friend would need to bring an ID. And verify tracking number. I could not be present due to having a late flight which i explained. The friend then tells me they said they cannot pick it up since I am not there. UPS to avoid inconveniences and headaches please just tell the truth and the entire procedure before giving out false information. It’s a pain.

  Have been coming here for years!! The people at this location are always polite, professional and very helpful!!!! Was just dropping of a very large , almost 5 ft long box, and the guy saw me getting out of my car and came all the way to the entrance door to help. Very very rare in today's age and especially at the retail level. They clearly take pride in their work.
