  I had an outstanding experience at the UPS Store thanks to two employees who truly went above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They handled my shipment quickly and carefully, answered all my questions with patience, and made the entire process stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer service the way they do. Their positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help made a huge difference. These employees are true assets to the UPS Store and absolutely deserves recognition for their hard work and dedication. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the exceptional service I received.   On May 31, 2026, I arrived at this UPS location at 3:58 PM to complete a transaction, relying on the posted 4:00 PM closing time due to my demanding weekday work schedule. Upon arrival, I found the doors already locked. An employee exited the store and refused to assist me, falsely claiming that it was 4:02 PM and that she had kept the door open until 4:00 PM. I immediately showed her my watch, which confirmed it had just turned 4:00 PM. Instead of honoring the business hours, she engaged in an unprofessional argument and refused service. As a regular customer, I expect this franchise to uphold the UPS brand standards. I request that management review the camera footage from 3:55 PM to 4:02 PM today to verify this incident and address the employee's premature closing and poor customer service.

  Shared incorrect information and were incredibly rude whenever I went into the store. Go to any other UPS store other than this one
