  Creo deben poner atención a cliente personas con mayor entendimiento especialmente el turno de la tarde hoy una persona me gritó me parece muy mala experiencia! I believe you need to assign customer service staff with greater understanding—especially during the evening shift. Today, someone actually yelled at me; I consider this a very poor experience!

  The stefan here is very friendly and it's usually a quick turnaround time. I use this store to do returns and to ship work items.

  Not open during operating hours on Sunday. I tried to visit at 1pm and was closed even though they say they are open

  I had a frustrating experience at this location on Saturday, January 10th, while trying to mail a package. However, I am writing this review specifically to highlight the store manager, Ms.Bobbi. I emailed her the same day, and she got back to me first thing Monday morning. She truly listened to my concerns and assured me she would address the situation with her team. Ms. Bobbi is an absolute gem—she provides excellent customer service and is such a kind, beautiful soul. To be honest, she is the only reason I continue to use this specific UPS Store. Thank you, Ms. Bobbi, for your professionalism and for making things right.
