  I realize that the people working in this store may not love their jobs but they have them and could at least seem a little less miserable when performing a customer service job. Whenever I go into a UPS store, I am very organized and go out of my way to get in and out as quickly as possible. My experience with Erik at this store will deter me from using this store in the future. I have never encountered a more miserable person. If you choose to work in customer service. Do better. You are taking jobs from people who would treat their customers with respect and kindness.

  I sent a package guaranteed over night on July 24th and it wasn't delivered until August 4. It costs me 124.43. During this delay I made numerous calls to UPS to see what the delay was and they said the zip code was incorrect which it wasn't, and then then said the street number was incorrect which it wasn't. I confirmed with the homeowner that the address I gave at the UPS store was correct but despite that the people I talked to at UPS customer service insisted that the zip code and/or street number was incorrect. The package was in limbo for several days and then I was able to reach some one at the UPS facility in Oklahoma City and told then despite their insistence that the address was incorrect that they needed to listen to me and attempt to deliver to the address that was orginally on the label. The package was then delivered the next day 8 days after it was shipped and 7 days after the guaranteed delivery date. I then called the UPS store to ask for a refund due to the delayed arrival. I am now finding out that the request for a refund is being denied and the reason is that it was delivered "on time" which it was clearly not and I am getting no help from the UPS store to resolve this matter in my favor which it clearly should. If you ship through the UPS store and have issues don't expect any help from UPS as they will refer you back to the UPS store. The customer service at UPS is pathetic. They don't listen and their call center appears to not be based in the US as I could barely understand any of the people I talked to. If I have an option I will never use UPS again.

  Bobbie Kpandeyenge was unprofessional and disrespectful. We came in to the store to have documents notarized and she gave us an attitude the entire time, at one point even mimicking my husband when he responded to her question. We would have asked to see the manager but it seemed like she was the one in charge at the time we came in, it’s really embarrassing for this store to employ someone so immature and clearly can’t handle what should have been a simple notary.

  Bobbie K the manager was a treat to work with! She helped me print all 200~ pages of some paperwork and was very quick!

  I had an outstanding experience with Ms. Bobbi at the UPS Store in Frisco! From the moment I walked in, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days. She took the time to answer my questions, made sure everything was handled correctly, and provided service with a smile. What impressed me most was her patience and willingness to go above and beyond to help. Even while assisting multiple customers, she remained kind, efficient, and attentive. She made the entire process quick and stress-free. Ms. Bobbi is a true asset to the UPS Store team. If every business had employees with her level of professionalism and care, customer service would be exceptional everywhere. Thank you, Ms. Bobbi, for making my visit such a positive experience.
