I did a terrible job at planning my move back to the east coast, but Lucas, Faisal, and Nafis had me covered and accommodated all my needs. Sent a total of 12 boxes and everything made it to the east coast in one piece. They say customers become friends before friends become customers so to hear Faisal and Nafis would be contacting my team and I at Pro American Roofing for all their roofing needs after all they did for me really brings things full circle. It’s a great feeling knowing I can now return the support they’ve shown me.

Working on mailing labels I needed printed and having some alignment issues. The staff at this UPS store solved my issues and provided the finished labels the next day. I experienced exceptional service! This store will always be my first choice going forward.

I had a large printing project that needed to be completed, and this UPS Store did an excellent job from start to finish. The team was efficient, communicative, and professional throughout the entire process, and the quality of the final work was excellent. They even helped me ship out the finished printed materials, which made the entire project so much easier and more streamlined for me. A special shout-out to Luke, who did a fantastic job and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate the great service and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this UPS Store to anyone in need of reliable printing and shipping services!

The 2 women working the front today, were not only lacking basic customer service skills but are also clueless… Sadly new ownership is my guess 🤷🏻‍♀️ We’ve been coming to this location for over 10 years!! Will not bring our business here anymore and will definitely share our experience with friends.

Well I walked in with a brown bag which included a box of thank you cards and a pack of brown envelopes. I used the notary services from Lucas (employee 383026) and told him I needed step aside and address my envelopes. As I finished I returned the pen to the desk and walked towards the exit door and Luka asked from across the main desk- Did you get that envelope from us? Naturally, everyone paused and looked. I replied- No, I don’t steal! Won’t be back at this location if Lucas is there! Accuse me of taking an unlined small brown envelope- really? Get serious!
