  Lucas, Lucas is your go to for anything UPS super customer service and greeter when you walk in. First time out of the house after cancer surgery having Fax what can impact me in a positive way Lucas made sure we had confirmation in all 3 transmissions thank you. I been coming to this UPS since first open highly recommend.

  The workers at this UPS Store are quite efficient at what they do. The training clearly shows up in their customer sevice. Costs are reasonable for both packaging (done at the site) and shipping costs appear standard across all stores in the region. CSR - Jasmine helped out in packaging things up so quickly, it was surprising. CSR - Lucas had helped out picking up the right sized boxes and getting the shipping quote estimates accurately the previous day. The owners/managers were helpful in clarifications as well.

  This UPS location is very efficient—I’m usually in and out in no time. Fisal was especially helpful and provided excellent customer service. Although I could have used the self-service kiosk, he kindly offered to assist me since he was available. I truly appreciated his initiative, friendliness, and willingness to help.
