  I’ve recently started coming here to do my returns, and I have to say, the staff is absolutely amazing! I’m welcomed every time I come in, and they are always so friendly, patient, and helpful. Even when I have a large number of returns, they never make me feel rushed or like I’m inconveniencing them.

  Isabella here was awesome and super patient with us for the notary and print outs. Thank you so much. The entire store employees were great to be honest. Shout out to Isabella!! Edit : was there again a couple of days back and Domenica was there to help us with notary and print outs . She literally went above and beyond. I am blown away with the way she treated me . If she’s reading this , a big thank you. To the manager , she is a charm! Thank you!

  Horrible service 7 out of 10 times. Like just now some girl working there with black hair light brownish skin, didn’t get her name, just took my fragile packages, which I was trying to return just threw them on the counter and again into the bucket behind and as if that is not enough she missed and they fell on the floor. I had 3 fragile packages and when I saw her throw the first two I told her I’m worried that my items might break and then she continued to do it with the third item. I just don’t understand.

  $3.40 to print their own UPS label for laid UPS shipping is outrageously unacceptable. It’s a 10 cent label at best…. You know, the same labels they use as your receipt. And, if you want to use their kind service, you have to email the label to them and wait longer. They are apparently unrequited to scan the barcode of a label and such technology escape them.
