  Honestly, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a UPS Store. The African American lady with braces ( did not have a name tag on) who helped me was super rude from the moment I walked in. I said “hey, how are you doing?” and she didn’t even acknowledge me. She made sure she sent out her text message before attending to the customer who is sitting right in front of her face , sighing the whole time, and was throwing my packages around while handling them. What really bothered me was that after all the sighing, she continued laughing and having a side conversation with her coworker while helping me, like I wasn’t even standing there. When she was finished, I asked if I could get a receipt. She didn’t say anything, just grabbed it, handed it to me and said, “Here.” Not even a simple “thank you” or “have a good day.” I own a business myself, and honestly, I would never want someone representing my business and treating customers like that. Everyone has bad days, but there’s still a basic level of respect and professionalism you should have when dealing with customers. I won’t be coming back to this UPS Store. Definitely a horrible customer experience.
