  Who knew you could have so much fun at Staples? Doug helped me out for TSA pre-check and he was extremely helpful! He made time for me even though I was a walk-in. He’s the kind of person that you leave being in a better mood. His birthday is on 5/12…Doug, if you see this, Happy Birthday!

  Sandy was great but Neelu was as horrible. She’s was rude to us. And the older man that she was helping and then after he left his wallet and didn’t say anything!!! So I took the wallet and ran it to the man and still proceeded to be rude about the whole situation.

  I had the absolute pleasure of being able to meet Doug when I came in for TSA PreCheck. He was so friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and provided the best customer service. He stayed late to make sure I was able to complete my application even though I was a walk-in and didn’t have an appointment. Doug is incredibly kind, absolutely hilarious and the epitome of a great employee!

  I stopped by this Staples to do an Amazon return. The store was not very busy, but the return process did not feel as smooth or efficient as returning through the UPS Store or Whole Foods. A couple of people were checking out, and the store did not seem especially set up to handle Amazon returns quickly. That said, the staff appeared to be doing their best, and the return did get completed. While I was there, I was able to pick up a few office items, which was convenient and saved me an extra trip. The store had plenty of nearby parking, was not crowded, and it was easy to find what I needed. I think Amazon returns could be a good way to bring people into the store and encourage extra shopping, but the process was a little too high-friction for me to choose Staples over other return options. Still, Staples remains a solid place for office supplies.

  I came into the store to get TSA Pre-Checked, and the gentleman helping me was incredibly kind and deserves a raise. I don’t remember his name but he was around mid 50s, taller, brunette, had glasses and was a former teacher. Made the experience very easy and educated me on so much regarding Pre-Check and Clear. I don’t ever shop at Staples but he made me want to. I’m currently an education major and I loved talking to him about teaching. If you’re thinking of coming regarding TSA you definitely should. Overall a 10/10 experience.
