  Horrible horrible horrible, The worst fedex location. Now I am worried if my packages will be actually delivered. I hope the lady who was horrible does not mess with the packages as a revenge.

  I ordered a sign for the grand opening of my business to use as a temporary sign, the time that they gave me to pick it up was after the closing time so I was unable to have a sign for the event the next day.

  This is the worst location Fedex has, terrible service, manager, all of the above. The close whenever they want.

  Hansel and his team are all absolute ROCKSTARS!! I've now had multiple print orders produced at their conveniently-located Frisco location, and every order has received expert consultation, perfect production, competitive pricing, and been ready at-or-before my due time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

  I went to this store for printing a label and shipping. There was an lady and the assistant manager Chris. Chris was bossing around with the lady. I requested help to print the label as the online account only showed an option to download report and not a label. The lady tried but couldnt figure out and asked Chris for help. Chris in a boss tone said I don’t manage website and I won’t help out. I ignored and continued checking but couldnt figure out. I asked if he could help, he didnt even attempt to help. He ignored and said i dont know. I mentioned that I will try another store as you were not friendly or even trying. He said have a good day almost in a tone to get out. I told that this is not the way that he should talk to a customer, he told that he knows what he is doing. When i asked is he manager, he told no and showed his badge. I could see 20 plus experience but not sure why he hasnt learnt empathy until today. I had an awesome experience in the other store and got the job done, for a comparison, the other store staff had just 1 year experience but she chose empathy. I learnt a lesson empathy doesnt come by experience.
