  I came 10 minutes prior to closing Saturday evening. Brooke was assisting multiple customers trying to get each one the service they deserved. She did an amazing job taking care of me and the rest with absolute grace. Even under the pressure of closing she managed complete or assist everyone. FedEx is lucky to have a Brooke on staff.   It's so convenient to have a FedEx so close to home. The service here is phenomenal. The manager is always friendly and has great conversations with myself and other customers. My packages and returns have always been handled right at this location. I have no complaints. I came by the other day to do a pick-up for a large package. Armani was so kind to offer to help take it to the car and load it for me. I appreciated the gesture and her assistance. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience each time!

  The older blonde lady with glasses on told me “sorry cant help you without a label” despite me pulling her the label confirmation on my email in-front of me with the confirmation number right there. As soon as i entered, had a weird energy towards me. Almost as if i wasn’t welcomed & i politely replied it’s fine i will go somewhere else.
