Very inefficient and understaffed, do not stop here unless you enjoy waiting in line, find somewhere else to go, poor lady being over worked and customers are waiting for atleast half hour each

I needed a 36x48 and there was an issue. I needed the poster printed at a specific time and this location said that they would print it for me on the website, so I ordered the poster and when I came to pick it up they couldn’t print it for me. However, they were able to send the order to a nearby store to print and for me to pick up. Virginia helped me she is the best customer service Fedex person here!!

I only came here because my usual location has been temporarily shut down. The lone gentleman working here acted very rude. Looking at the reviews on here, looks like FedEx might not do anything. Too big to care. This is sad. Will consider my options but not coming back here again.
