  You have a better chance sending a letter to Helen Keller and she reads it and responds back than you do reaching a rep there about a mistake they made.

  ​Outstanding service! Ashley, the store manager, is truly the nicest human being I have met in a long time. ​I came in with hundreds of documents to print, and the self-service printer was incredibly difficult to use, requiring me to print them one by one. To make matters worse, the machine ended up crashing on me mid-job. I was feeling so overwhelmed, but Ashley stepped in and completely saved the day. ​She took matters into her own hands, personally helped me get everything printed, and made all the copies I needed. I cannot appreciate her enough for her patience, kindness, and incredible work ethic. I wish her nothing but the absolute best — she deserves all the good things in life! If you go to this location, Ashley is the absolute best.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this local FedEx location. I asked the employee for the cheapest box that would fit a small item. Instead of offering me a box that cost around $3, they charged me almost $16. What made the situation worse was that they did not tell me the price until after they had already scanned all the QR codes and printed the shipping labels. The price should have been clearly disclosed before the labels were printed and the shipment was processed. At that point, I felt pressured into buying an unnecessarily expensive box that cost several times more than it would have cost me to package the item at home. This experience made me feel that customers who are not paying close attention can easily be overcharged at this location. I would not recommend using this FedEx office. In my experience, UPS is usually less expensive, faster, and provides better service. Good luck, FedEx.

  I had a great experience at this FedEx Office thanks to Ashley. She took the time to walk me through the entire online ordering process for my bookmark prints, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was set up correctly. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. On top of that, she didn’t charge me for my proof, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to come across customer service like that these days. Ashley went above and beyond, and because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back for future printing projects. Thank you again, Ashley!
