  On Google, it claims that this place opens at 10AM on Saturdays, eventhough Google says this store opens at 9:30AM. The lady behind the counter claimed they open at 10AM. I was 9 whole minutes early, so I left. I went to another location that was open and had better service.

Kimberly handled my requests efficiently and provided clear, concise information about the services I needed. Her professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident throughout my visit. She even took the time to explain the shipping options available and helped me choose the best one for my needs. I truly appreciate Kimberly’s outstanding service and her willingness to assist with every detail. It’s rare to find such dedicated and helpful staff, and she certainly made my experience at the UPS Store a positive one.
