When our normal mail carrier does the mail we always get our mail and packages but for some reason lately whether it’s Shein or Amazon or Sam’s it says delivered and we go to the mailbox and there is nothing there so then I gotta get back on the website and then I gotta get a refund. It happened several times when they come and ask me if I received any packages for the other blue house or the one for 111 and I tell them no so I’m I know my packages are getting delivered somewhere else cause they don’t take their time. It’s just frustrating because there’s so many 111s here at friendship Oaks and I think they just put it in whichever and then I don’t get my packages. My daughter didn’t get all of her stuff that she was waiting for for almost 2 weeks
- TFTania F.Jun 14, 20261.0On wednesday June 10th, our mail carrier for the 1019 apartments left 4 packages outside (one being my package). My husband is a mail carrier and i know this is a big no no! So why is this being allowed? Also today Sunday June 14th, I have an amazing package that claims was delivered. It is not in the parcel boxes, nor was it delivered to my door. I am assuming it was delivered to the Amazon lockers here however (for the 2nd time this week!) They left it in the Amazon locker but did not put in for am email to be sent to is to notify us and for us to access the package! Now I have to wait until tomorrow when the office here is open and have them waste their time looking for it for us. This is an absolute waste of time for all of us and u professional of the mail carrier. I will be calling and leaving a formal complaint against the rural carrier for the 1019 apartments. Do better!
