It is so irritating to be somewhere paying money for a service and to be treated like you’re wrong for being there and you’re bothering them and wondering Why do you have the audacity to ask them a question I asked if there was a number for the lost mail because My Husband had mailed something out and It never got anywhere no tracking number no nothing but because he didn’t get a receipt saying that he dropped it off I guess they either pocketed item or just did not care and it got sent to lost mail. I don’t have a clue what happened to it. They don’t have a clue what happened to it. I asked if there was a number two lost mail, and she laughed at me and told me that it was just gone that I would never get it back and there was nothing that could be done and it was not her problem and then looked at me with such disgust like she did not understand why I was there and asking a question…it was a question. You could’ve been kind. I would go to any other post office in Fort Worth besides this one the one on Alta Mesa is a whole heck of a lot better than this one. These ladies here are nasty, rude and mean.
