- XXXtinaOcean23Aug 17, 20262.0This location got a 2 star from me, because a few of my packages have gone out quite slowly from this building in the past, & not once, but twice now, when I have encountered Hispanic lady at the front counter, taking the packages at the cash register, she seems to despise her job 🙄😒..you can feel her energy, by the way she looks at you,, speaks to you when taking the package.. I normally wouldn’t say anything on a review about this, unless it was a repeat occurrence. Which it was. You get paid to be nice to people, customer service is part of your job!🤨Simple logic. When someone says, thank you, or have a nice day, it takes exactly 2 seconds to reciprocate that energy.🤷♀️💫 if you’re having a bad day, perhaps find some relief for the front counter while you take a quick break. just my two cents.✅🤷♀️

- NVnorma velezJul 29, 20261.0I went yesterday 7/28/2028. The person at the counter was extremely rude, disrecpectful and it seemed in need of mental health professional assistance. I think this employee should be supervised and provided with a customer service training as soon as possible.
