I’ve filed several service requests with both the post office and informed delivery, still no resolution. Each request has been marked as resolved but it’s not resolved because I have yet to receive my missing mail (2 paychecks). I find it very suspicious that I receive all of my mail except for my paychecks. I live in an apartment so my mailbox is locked. I would have let it go if I was only missing one check but I’m now missing two. I have a screenshot of a picture of both checks on informed delivery, one from 05/12/2026 and the other one from 06/06/2026. It’s sad that I can’t trust my local postal service to do their job correctly, so now I’m going to have my paychecks delivered to a different address in order to receive them. I now see why their rating is so low.
